When you approach the building, you will be taken back in time to that romantic era when architecture made a bold statement about the lifestyles of the people who resided there. The magnificent terra cotta tiles on the facade speak volumes about its Mediterranean heritage. The seasonally planned landscaping will draw you into the courtyard where the wrought iron accent will add a touch of antiquity.

When you approach the French glazed main entry door, you will be met by the latest technology in security. The coded entry system will allow you to enter upon the insertion of your specific code numbers. A discrete camera will record you, other residents, and visitors as they enter. The locking system that secures the door will require 2,000 lbs. of pressure in order to breach its security system.

Once inside, you are greeted by an authentic quarry tile floor and a stairway featuring original details. When you open the door to your final destination, you will be greeted by genuine oak parquet floors. At this point, you may venture to the all wood French glazed windows to open them for a breath of fresh sea air.

Then it is time to enter your designer kitchen. You will be welcomed by the superior quality of solid maple kitchen cabinets built with sturdy plywood boxes (not particle board). The granite counter tops will glisten, as well as your stainless steel stove with matching range hood and coordinated refrigerator. A space-saving European style "Draw" dishwasher is included.

The quality finishes do not end here. When you open your solid wood door to the bathroom, you will be greeted by white Carrera marble floors, as well as a bathtub whose surrounding walls are also surfaced with white Carrera marble. The Americast bathtub will sparkle, as well as the upscale toilet and sink.
